With over 33 years (Rich) and 26 years (Kourtney) working for Cru, a large global nonprofit, we understand what it is like to hold demanding leadership roles while prioritizing our own marriage, family, and personal growth.
In our formative ministry decades, we received serendipitous and consistently top-notch training, leadership development, executive coaching, soul care, and marriage counseling. Every aspect of our lives was transformed by the investment of gifted people who provided their services, either low bono or pro bono, that met our ministry budget.
In 2021, we decided to steward the second half of our careers, investing in a similar manner with leaders. It is our way of paying forward what we were generously given.
As chaplains and executive coaches serving FamilyLife staff and leaders from other non-profits, like IJM and Prison Fellowship, our ministry exists to help leaders create thriving teams and organizational cultures while staying healthy and connected to Jesus in their personal lives. We believe healthy leaders are positioned to lead thriving organizations that impact the world.
Our greatest joy in life is our role as mom and dad. We are the grateful parents of Rich III, Joseph, and David. The sunny city of Oviedo, Florida, is currently our home base, but parts of our hearts remain with our friends who live across the globe.
