Chaplain Services
The FamilyLife Chaplains are available to offer a listening ear, a caring heart, and support for the ministry’s staff. The goal is to provide a safe environment and competent spiritual care. All leaders get stuck, face challenging circumstances, or want to invest in growth. The services of the chaplains exist to help you while you are helping others.
Executive Coaching
Coaching is an ongoing conversation that empowers a person or team to lean into desired growth areas. Coaching aims to help you discover new things about yourself, achieve insights, and take action to move your organization, ministry, and/or life forward.
As certified executive coaches, we facilitate conversations that produce insights, provide care, increase personal awareness, inspire changed behaviors, motivate actions, and, ultimately, results that will be satisfying to you.
Spiritual Direction
Spiritual Direction is a form of pastoral care that helps believers grow in communion with God. The spiritual director offers thoughtful questions, observations, and room for reflection and prayer, all for the sake of the directed.
As spiritual directors, we join you in a conversation that helps you grow in communion with God by noticing your life in a unique way, naming how God is present and active, and choosing how to respond to God’s loving overtures.
SYMBIS Pre-Marriage Facilitators
Our own journey of premarital counseling was hands down the best wedding gift we gave each other.
As certified SYMBIS facilitators, we facilitate deeper conversations regarding your marriage well before the wedding celebration. Research supports that couples who engage in robust premarital counseling have a significantly greater likelihood of enjoying a healthy marriage and avoiding divorce.
Relationship Coaching
Ministry leaders often experience deep shame regarding the state of their marriages. Our great joy is helping couples find their way back to each other and experience restoration and connection.
Relationship coaching exists to help foster healthy communication between two people or within a team. Similar to individual coaching, relationship coaching aims to help you discover new things about yourself and your relationship(s). In addition, it positions you to achieve insights and take action to move your relationship and/or team forward.
Core Clarity & Enneagram Facilitators
The Core Clarity assessment is a robust framework that interprets how your results from the CliftonStrengths® Assessment affect motivations, daily decisions, leadership styles, and relationships. As certified facilitators, we help you focus on your unique combination of talents to transform life and leadership. We also facilitate group Core Clarity sessions for couples, families, and teams.
The Enneagram is an ancient assessment that describes people in terms of nine personality types, each with its own core motivations, fears, and growth opportunities. We like to say that the Enneagram describes how we try to make life work apart from God and provides a path back to connection with God, ourselves, and our near ones. We coach you in utilizing the Enneagram to pursue transformation.
