Meet Rich

Rich’s father took their family on a three-year military assignment to a diplomatic community in Germany during Rich’s formative middle school years. Attending birthday parties at different embassies and playing baseball with friends from countries on almost every continent gave him the desire to cross cultures as an adult.

Rich’s career has been built on trust and intercultural relationship-building. He spent the first half successfully pioneering global digital strategies for Cru, crossing the globe to 40+ countries. During those decades, he honed a skill set that includes large-scale strategic planning, cross-cultural conflict resolution, leadership development, fund development, and executive coaching.

Rich currently serves as an executive coach, chaplain, and spiritual director. He enjoys providing strategic leadership, coaching, and soul care for global leaders, their teams, and their families.
